The Contract

Every purchase includes a signed PDF license agreement delivered automatically with your download files. The contract clearly states:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to credit the producer?

Yes — producer credit is required. Use “Prod. by Mini Producer” in your song title, streaming metadata, and social posts. This is standard industry practice and part of your license terms.

Can I use these beats on YouTube without Content ID claims?

Yes. Your license covers YouTube monetization. If you receive a Content ID claim, the signed contract you received is your documentation to dispute it.

What’s the difference between MP3 and WAV?

Both are included with every purchase. WAV is uncompressed, full quality — use this for recording and mastering. MP3 is compressed — use this for reference listening or if your DAW requires it.

Are the samples cleared?

Yes. Every sample source in Beat Packs is pre-cleared and cleared for commercial use.

Can I release more than one song using the same beat?

Your license covers one released song per beat. If you want to release multiple songs on the same beat, contact us.

I need an exclusive. How does that work?

Exclusive licensing removes the beat from sale and gives you sole ownership. Pricing varies by beat. Contact us directly to discuss.

What if I lose my files?
